The bell rings, school’s out, what’s next? For the children attending our out of school clubs, afternoons are filled with activities, sports, outings and the chance to mix with friends from different classes and schools. We currently run clubs based in six local primary schools across the North Edinburgh area i.e. Fort, Ferryhill, Forthview, Davidson Mains, Pirniehall/St David’s and Royston. We also collect children from Craigroyston Primary School and Granton Primary School and provide care for them at their nearest club.
The clubs are located within a room at each school and benefit from having a full range of their own equipment including toys, games, arts and crafts materials, PCs and TVs all of which allow the children to have fun after school and during holiday times. Many of the clubs also have access to other areas of the school such as the playgrounds and gym halls, giving children greater scope for active and physical play at the end of the school day. Each of the clubs develops its own weekly activity programme based on the interests of the children and incorporates outings and trips to places of interest in and around Edinburgh.
The out of school clubs all run from bell-time to either 5.45 or 6 pm, depending on which school they are based in. During the school holidays the clubs all open at 8am with the same finishing times.

You can choose the number and type of sessions that you require suiting your needs. Prices will depend on your requirements and where you live (to qualify for a subsidised rate you must live in a defined area of North Edinburgh).
